How to Order

1. Add an item to the shopping cart

• Add an item to the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button after selecting an item from item list.
• You can alter the quantity by entering the number in the Qty. box and clicking on the "Update Cart" button.
• You can delete the items in a shopping cart by checking the "Remove" boxes and clicking the "Update Cart" button.
• You can change the quantity of a specific item in the shopping cart by entering the new quantity in the Qty. box and clicking on the "Update" button.

2. Proceed to the order form

• Proceed to the order form by clicking the "Checkout" button.

3. Log in

• If you are a new customer, create an account by filling in all the necessary items on "My Account Information" page.
  *By creating an account, you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
  
  Note: Please make sure to type in your email address correctly.
  We will send an email confirmation the following day your order is placed.
  If you do not receive an email, please let us know.
  (In case the email confirmation is returned to us in error, your items will not be sent.)
• If you are a returning customer, Log in by entering your E-mail Address and Password.
  *If you've forgotten your password, we'll send you an e-mail message containing your new password.

4. Confirm your order and your information

• Please select the payment method at the "Payment Information" page and proceed to "Order Confirmation" page.
• If the order and your information are right, click the "Confirm Order" button.

5. Payment

via WorldPay

• The "Confirm Order" button will direct you to the WorldPay payment site.
• After completing payment, WorldPay will return you back to the FLEECEDOG.com site. Please do not close the browser before you are returned to FLEECEDOG.com.
  
  Note: Your order is not complete unless you return to the FLEECEDOG.com site.

via PayPal

• The "Confirm Order" button will direct you to the PayPal payment site.
• After completing payment, PayPal will return you back to the FLEECEDOG.com site. Please do not close the browser before you are returned to FLEECEDOG.com.
